ART? Attention Restoration Theory proposes that exposure to natural environments encourages more effortless brain function, thereby allowing it to recover and replenish its directed attention capacity.
And..its a good break from being indoors...
Training Style
We use stability, strength, functional and cardio training to target fat loss, strengthen and tone our outdoor community.
We stay away from burpees as much as possible :)
Our Location
Currently we are located opposite the Redhook Recreation Centre. A beautiful clean and well maintain park with surrounding sports fields and close to Basis Independent School. There is always plenty of parking if you are driving in.
If the weather isnt on our side, I will always give you make up sessions...
The Trainer
Hi, my name is Rudd Rayns and I have been a resident in Brooklyn for over a year now. My fitness and coaching experience is international and I hold several fitness qualifications including Sports and Exercise Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and Stretch & Flexibility Coach. I am here to guide and train you, providing a safe, and fun space for you to exercise and enjoy being outdoors.
In my spare time I train my fur baby to play nice on the streets of Brooklyn... This is still a work in progress...
