Week 1
Measure
No matter when you start with us or if you're continuing on from previous wellbeing challenges, we always dedicate Week One to MEASURE. Learn how to measure your progress in the key areas that you want to improve (e.g. nutrition, body and weight measurements, fitness) so you can celebrate the improvements you make after each challenge!

Week 2
Matter
You'll be in the second week of our fitness classes and already feeling stronger! We also dedicate Week Two to uncovering why the wellbeing challenge matters to you. We give you science-backed activities to complete that are proven to help you stay focused on your goals!

Week 3
Motivate
You'll be starting to notice small improvements in your fitness. But, we will also dig deeper into your why. Week 3 is about finding the key to unlocking even more motivation to help you maintain the changes you've made.

Week 4
Maintain
We're convinced you'll be wanting more as you'll already be forming new wellbeing habits. This week is about maintaining those habits and looking out for any derailers that may inhibit your progress.
