Goal Specific Training
Typical goals are fat loss, building lean body mass, enhanced sports performance and learning how to workout the correct way in commercial gyms.
You will use the NASM 5-Phase Optimal Performance Training Model, a step-by-step plan of action to reach your goals.
You will be guided through coaching to work out what it is you need and how to achieve the goals you choose.
Once your plan is ready you will choose training times from the calendar and we will get started right away, usually with fitness tests to establish your baseline.
Periodically, we will complete further tests and measurements tracking your progress throughout your journey with me.
Your training will take place in my private garage gym, away from the crowds in commercial gyms.
Communication, transparency and having fun is a vital element in your success and mine.
