Nutrition Coaching

This is not about telling you what to eat...

Nutrition coaching for health, fitness and sport is deep coaching, helping you manage yourself and your eating to get the best possible results. 

I am certified in the Precision Nutrition Coaching Process that is internationally recognised to provide scientifically-proven health insights and practical application on more than just nutrition.  I cover sleep science, stress management and recovery in the nutrition package.

This coaching targets how you use food to optimise your results in energy, sleep, fat-loss, building lean muscle, increasing muscle performance, building healthy habits and is based around education to help you understand what works for you, and what doesn't work for you. 

We will start with a session that will determine where you are at and what your goals are.  Each week you will choose a time on the calendar for your deep-dive coaching session.

This Nutrition Coaching can be done by itself or to compliment Personal Training. 

Session are only once per week to allow you time to apply your learning and goal actions.
