For the past 15 years I have been committed to helping expats just like you, to get more time, energy and control in their lives so they can improve their health and fitness and get the best out of their overseas lifestyles.

To make a long story short, I love to travel and got to work and visit many different countries.

Although living away from home brings a lot of good things, you need to also deal with a lot of difficult situations too.

Settling in to a new country, working stressful jobs, admin, paperwork, having family overseas, trying to fit in, learning new languages and the list for expats just goes on.

I had a few extremely tough times to deal with and ended up seriously stressed out. With any overwhelm comes all the associated problems, of poor health, more stress and a dysfunctional lifestyle.

During this process, I was able to create my expat habits lifestyle formulae.

What I've found is that most people try all the usual stuff… Personal trainer, nutritionist, boot camps, online courses, fitness classes, cooking classes, diets, meditations, following a fitness model on Instagram and diarising.

You see, the reason those things don’t usually work is that the expats using them lack the basic fundamentals that bring them altogether.

Most of the expats I have coached have tried all of the right things to get a healthy function lifestyle, but are missing a few basics to hold it all together.

They get so close to reaching goals and results, but seem to fall through the cracks before they get there.

Overwhelm, self doubt, inability to time schedule correctly, lack of energy to complete extra simple tasks in a day, out of control work or family structure that saps the life out of them...

Since developing my unique step-by-step process, I’ve coached and trained expats from many different countries how to use very simple steps to get serious results.

I believe that you must have fun and enjoy the process otherwise why would you do it? I have teamed up with a leading nutrition coaching company to bring expats the absolute best information and training through nutrition and fitness.

I have also spent thousands of dollars to incorporate high performance coaching for my expat clients through my own personal coaches and the worlds leading coaching systems.

Believe it or not I spent 9 years teaching special needs students in a school. I can confidently say that learning how complex young minds work and getting the very best out of the young students has catapulted my understanding of how to get the very best through my coaching practices with adults. 

I have also trained many adults through my personal training and health and fitness businesses I ran in London, Sydney, Amsterdam and currently Los Angeles.
